The Sports Injury Prevention Class arms you with the knowledge & drills to protect your body from muscle imbalances & injuries. Focusing on proprioception, stability muscles, & free range of movement. To ensure quality of coaching the course will only have 5 spaces.
The new rotation of adults class starts Thursday October 4th 7 – 8 pm.
£32 for 4 x Thu in October – payment at 1st class.
