The Sports Injury Prevention Class provides you with the knowledge & drills to protect your body from muscle imbalances & injuries. Focusing on proprioception, stability, & flexibility.

Age 16 years upwards.

4 spaces per class.

£10 per class, paid for as a block of 4 upfront at 1st session.

Current class is a Monday 2pm.
