The Sports Injury Prevention Class arms you with the knowledge & drills to protect your body from muscle imbalances & injuries. Focusing on proprioception, stability muscles, & free range of movement. To ensure quality of coaching the course will only have 5 spaces.
The new rotation starts Thursday 2nd November 7 – 8pm.
£36 for month – payable in cash at class.
I’ll meet you outside the clinic room at 7pm.
