The Galvanise Injury Prevention Course arms you with the knowledge & drills to protect your body from muscle imbalances & injuries. Focusing on proprioception, stability muscles, & free range of movement.

This initial injury prevention course will focus on the shoulders, core, hips & knees.

The 5 week course will take place on a Thursday evening 7 – 8pm, and starts on 31st August.

To ensure quality of coaching the course will only have 10 spaces.
